  3.     Warning! Beware! Danger! What more can I say to alert the
  4. "boom car" drivers whose superstereo-equipped autos blast the
  5. streets with loud music (BUSINESS, March 6)? These sound
  6. devotees could go deaf or acquire tinnitus, a nerve-racking
  7. torment that is like hearing a telephone ringing constantly. I
  8. urge these blockbusters to turn down the decibels or suffer a
  9. lifetime of audio mental torture.
